1. Person will be responsible for On-site, online telephonic support to customer quires received from his based region or from PAN India.
2. Person will be responsible for Inverter installation and commissioning activity independently or along with team
3. Onsite support for pre- installation, or commissioning survey whenever is necessary.
4. Inverter Troubleshooting at customer site with detail project understanding and analysis
5. Provide the telephonic service support over service line.
6. Keeping a proper record of customer project information in given share folders and location and keep updating as an when it's needed.
7. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
8. Monitoring equipment, inverter performance and collect the inverter generation data on regular basis for post project commissioning analysis.
9. Preparing RCA (root cause analysis) reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
10. Close communication with customer, to understand customer needs and feedback, for any product improvement.
11. The ability to remain professional under pressure.
12. Person should be able to deliver product training as an when it needed by customer On-site or remotely.
13. Person should be comfortable to travel with in the region or PAN India as an when its needed.
1. Person should have good knowledge of power electronics, solar inverter, PV module fundamentals, solar power plant
2. Person should have qualification of BE/B-Tech/ Diploma in electrical, electronics-telecommunication
3. Good communication skill in speaking and writing
4. More preference to candidate who belong to Rajasthan region.
5. More preference to candidate already working or having good experience on handling solar string-inverters.
6. More preference to candidate who is will to join on immediate basis or with in 15 days.
