Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Development of this new role since day one.
• Provide technical sales support and assistance by phone, message, email, video conference and presential visit to our main distributors located in Mexico.
• Pre-sales and After sales support regarding our products and solutions to our 3 partners in Mexico.
• Interaction and teamwork with local and HQ team.
• Accurate documentation and follow of all the projects, clients, and customer visits.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of products, processes, and tools by delivering constructive feedback to HQ and the service manager LATAM.
• Support in product trainings, roadshows, webinars, and local expos.
• Support in the after sales area with services cases when required.
• Travel within Mexico will be required 35% of the time.
Requirements:
• Willingness to learn and develop in the solar energy Mexican sector.
• Based in Merida, Guadalajara, or Mexico City, with regular travel (35%)
• 1-3 years of experience in the sector.
• Bachelor in Mechatronic / Electrical engineering/ Renewable energy.
• Master´s degree is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of residential, C&I and hybrid.
• Basic technical understanding of Solar PV and power electronics.
• General knowledge of Mexican PV regulation.
• Ability to handle high volume of phone calls and emails, and to prioritize information and problem solve.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, proactive, and ability to work independently, without constant supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – particularly verbal communication skills that will allow quick troubleshooting over the phone by getting to the root of the issue quickly and diffusing high pressure scenarios such as frustrated customers.
• Customer service is a key attitude.
