Every day, from the first preparation in the kitchen to the final guest leaving the restaurant, a reliable power supply keeps everything running smoothly. Refrigeration, cooking equipment, lighting, and daily operations all depend on stable and uninterrupted energy.

However, as energy demands continued to grow, Restaurant Kronborg faced a new challenge. Located in Denmark, the restaurant was operating in an area with limited grid capacity, making it increasingly important to find a more flexible and reliable way to manage its energy needs.

The question was simple: how could the restaurant ensure a stable energy supply while making better use of renewable energy?

To find the answer, Restaurant Kronborg partnered with AK Installations to introduce a smarter energy solution. By integrating a SolisStorage EverCore energy storage system with LONGi Hi-MO X10 475W PV modules, the restaurant created a more independent and resilient energy system.

Solar energy generated during the day can now be used more efficiently. When production exceeds immediate demand, the surplus power is stored and made available when it is needed most. This intelligent approach helps the restaurant reduce reliance on the grid, optimize energy consumption, and maintain greater control over its energy future.
