Congratulations to Ryan Simpson for being elected to the SunSpec Alliance Board for 2016 term.

Ryan is our head of commercial business in the US. Ginlong Technologies is a member organization of SunSpec Alliance.
Being one of the oldest inverter manufacturers in the world, Ginlong Technologies continues to lead the inverter innovation

for next generations. Since achieving UL1741 certification in 2009, Ginlong has been committed to support the mission of

the SunSpec Alliance, accelerating the growth of the Distributed Energy industry and expand the market for renewable power

by specifying de facto standards information models, data formats, communication protocols, system interfaces, best practices

and other artifacts that enable solar PV and energy storage Distributed Energy power plants to interoperate transparently with

system components, software applications, financial systems, and the Smart Grid. The SunSpec Alliance is a trade alliance of

over 70 solar and storage distributed energy industry participants, together pursuing information standards to

enable “plug & play” system interoperability. SunSpec standards address operational aspects of solar PV

power and energy storage plants on the smart grid—including residential, commercial, and utility-scale systems—thus reducing cost, promoting technology innovation, and accelerating industry growth.
