Recently, Zhejiang Postdoctoral Workstation confirmed that Solis was officially approved to carry out postdoctoral training work. This is another breakthrough in talent cultivation and scientific research innovation after Solis became a national academician expert workstation in 2016. This is the first postdoctoral workstation in Zhejiang Province with "inverter" as the research focus, which further underlines the scientific research and innovation capability of Solis.

Solis was founded in 2005, with a focus on the R&D, production, sales and service of string inverters. The R&D department has more than 10 years of technical and engineering design experience in the field of inverters and has been recognized as a national enterprise technology center. At present, Solis has several core technologies for its main business, hundreds of domestic and international trademarks, and many patents and software copyrights. Products are sold in many countries and regions around the world.

Innovation | Integration | Internationalization

Becoming a leader in the industry is by virtue of abundant innovation and reliable professional technologies. As a key high-tech enterprise under the National Torch Plan, Solis has almost engraved "technological innovation" in its DNA, carrying out its mission of " Developing technology to power the world with clean energy ".

During rapid development over more than ten years, Solis has been promoting scientific research globally, and has hired external experts in many countries, such as the United States, Spain, Brazil, India, Romania etc. Solis has conducted many technical exchanges and maintained a close relationship with partners, which provides a good foundation for the development of the R&D center, the establishment of the talent team and the effectiveness of projects.

Extension | Cooperation | Industrialization

Insisting market-oriented development, Solis actively lays out the collaborative R&D network of PV supply chain. As early as 2012, Solis took the lead in establishing an academician workstation with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, followed by setting up R&D technology centers in Hangzhou, Suzhou and Ningbo. At the same time, Solis has established partnerships with many famous universities and other well-known solar PV companies, actively carrying out cooperation between industry and academia, integrating technology into products and accelerating industry growth.

Building a high-level postdoctoral workstation is an important mechanism for cultivating talent resources and an important guarantee for enhancing technology. It is also a high-quality platform for companies to introduce advanced talent and technology. Wu Xiang, the director of Solis HR in China , said, "The approval of the establishment of postdoctoral research workstation will strengthen the cooperation between the companies, universities and research institutes. It will attract more high-level talent to want to join Solis, and comprehensively improve the company's independent research and development capability and competitiveness."
