Solis, one of the world's leading manufacturers of string inverters is preparing to woo the French market .

The 2005 founded firm plans major growth in France following the expansion of Solis’ manufacturing capacity to over 20 GW from the earlier 5.5 GW. Growing in France where it has been present for three years, the company has big ambitions for 2022.

"In 2022, we will boost our commercial operations in France and build the team there to drive support for our customers." says Giovanni Buogo Solis’ Director of Sales for Western Europe.

For Solis, the focus on France follows its successful business in other European countries such as Poland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. With its first European headquarters in Liverpool, Solis is committed to supporting all its markets with local teams and products particularly suited to those markets.

A wide range of inverters from 0.7 kW to 255 kW

"Solar in France has strong development potential and a promising future, thanks in particular to all the measures taken by the government, such as the window to open up to 500 kWp or the measures in favour of self-consumption," acknowledges Buogo.

Add to that the range of inverters and experience Solis has across different regions and the company has reason to be confident.

Its wide range of single and three-phase inverters is among the most comprehensive on the market. From the mini inverter at 0.7 kWp to the powerful 255 kWp for Utility Scale, there are inverters to suit any project.  A wide range of single and three phase hybrid inverters as well as an AC coupled solution provide homeowners and businesses with energy storage solutions.

"We are technically well placed everywhere, whether in residential, commercial or industrial. We have great options for self-consumption, a market that is particularly important for us, as well as now being able to offer an Off Grid product" continues Giovanni Buogo.

The future looks set for success with a distribution network of quality customers supplying Solis to the French market and a local team in France to support installers.
