Guidelines for extended warranty

1、 Please open the official website to enter the page of "service and support" -- extended warranty order, click "Apply for extended warranty";

2、 If you have an account, you can log in directly; if you do not register, please register your account and improve your user information;

3、 Return to the extended warranty interface after completing the data;

4、 Click "Apply for extended warranty" once more;

5、 Please upload the invoice or enter the contract number to click the next step；

6、 Please add product information as required; If you apply for a large number of extended warranty products, you can click the "template download" in the lower right corner, fill in the product information and upload the template according to the requirements of the template;

7、 Please select the "extended warranty period" you need (" extended warranty period "= the existing warranty period + the extended warranty period you need) and click" confirm "after completion;

8、 Ginlong will review the extended warranty information submitted by you within 1-2 working days;

9、 After approval, you can enter the personal center "order management" -- "purchase order", download the "extended warranty invoice" and check the relevant information. After confirmation, click "To pay"（If not approved, please modify and continue to submit）;

10、 Please read the terms of the contract carefully. If you have no objection, please check "read and agree to the terms of the contract". Please check the order overview information carefully. After confirmation, please click "to settlement" button to complete the order;

11、 Please complete "transfer remittance" and "upload payment voucher" according to the prompts on the page;

12、 After successful submission, Ginlong will review your payment within 1-3 working days;

13、 Please timely pay attention to the audit status of the official website of the personal center "order management" -- "extended warranty order", after the review of the order shows "payment success", you can download the extended warranty certificate of each inverter which will be used for basis of extended warranty;
